For each stay, a deposit of $200 is required to cover any damages of less than $200 or a penalty following a breach of the rules below. You must inform the manager as soon as a breakage or damage occurs so that it can be assessed. The tenant is liable for material damage and bodily injury occurring in or on the rented building during the rental period, for any reason whatsoever, except material damage resulting from construction defects, lack of maintenance, natural disasters and technological. The tenant agrees to hold the manager clear of any claim presented resulting from the damage for which he is responsible, and for any costs incurred as a result of the damage caused to the property.

The apartments, their terrace and balcony as well as the common areas of the building are completely non-smoking. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and make sure to throw cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose. The use of cannabis or other drugs is strictly prohibited on the entire property.
Out of respect for neighboring apartments, please reduce noise and turn off all music after 10 p.m. No parties are allowed. If a client or one of his guests disturbs the tranquility of other clients, the manager reserves the right to expel the client and his guests, without any notice or refund of the stay.

100% refundable, if cancellation is made at least 14 days before arrival. 0% refundable if canceled after.
