Yes, all units have a Nespresso machine and coffee capsules for your stay. Tea and sugar are also included.
The units
Yes, all units give you access to WiFi. You will receive the code and the name of the network with instructions by email the day before your arrival.
No. All units are 100% smoke-free, as are the common areas of the complex. Outside, you must respect the distance of 9 meters from the entrance out of respect for other tenants.

The apartments located on the front (paired units) have a view of Charest Boulevard. Those at the back (odd units) have an unobstructed view from the 5th floor. Floors 2 to 5 at the rear have a view facing the public multi-storey parking lot.
The majority of our units do not have cable, but for the most part there is access to Netflix.

Le Caïman is wheelchair accessible from the parking lot, except for units 307 and 504. These 2 parking spaces parking requires climbing a step to access the elevator. Please contact us at 418-800-2217 to let us know your needs. We will see together if they suit you.
Absolutely ! Boulevard Charest and the small adjacent streets overflow with a wide variety of restaurants.
No reservation is necessary. However, the maximum capacity is 10 people in the swimming pool and 60 people for the terrace.

The complex is located a 15-minute walk from Old Quebec and a 25-minute walk from the Château Frontenac and the Dufferin Terrace.
You will find a garbage chute on each floor near the elevator. The recovery is on the ground floor. Use the key with the salvage logo to enter the room called “scrap room”
